Each piece is designed for everyday wear, but like all fine jewellery, it benefits from mindful care.
We recommend removing your piece before sleeping, showering, or physical activity, as chains are delicate and can be subject to stress over time.
To maintain its finish, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. When not worn, store your piece in a dry, safe place.
With considered wear, your piece will age beautifully over time.
What is an oxidised finish?
An oxidised finish is a surface treatment that gently darkens the metal, creating depth and contrast within the design.
Over time, this finish may soften and evolve with wear, developing a natural patina unique to you.
This is an intended characteristic of the piece, and part of its ongoing expression.
What is a grown diamond?
A grown diamond is a diamond, created under controlled conditions that replicate the natural formation process.
It shares the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as a mined diamond, offering the same clarity and brilliance.
Shipping
Each piece is made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for its creation.
Once complete, your piece will be sent via complimentary worldwide express shipping.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by the destination country.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
We hope you love your piece. If for any reason it isn’t quite right, we accept returns on items that remain unworn and in their original condition, including all original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and guide you through the next steps.
Pieces must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Returns that show signs of wear or are sent back without their original packaging may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and carefully assessed, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
If your piece arrives to you damaged, or if anything feels not quite right, please reach out—we’ll make sure it’s taken care of.
Made to Order & Natural Variation
Each piece is made to order. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for production prior to dispatch.
Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, slight variations may occur. Natural stones may also vary subtly in colour and pattern, making each piece unique while remaining within the intended tone and aesthetic. These differences form part of the character and individuality of the work.
