The Meaning of the Crown Chakra
The Crown Chakra rests at the top of the head and is traditionally associated with presence, awareness, and connection beyond the self. Often regarded as the highest of the seven chakras, it is linked with our relationship to meaning, stillness, and a broader sense of consciousness.
When experienced in harmony, it may be reflected through presence, inner peace, and a feeling of connection. When asking for greater attention, it may present as feeling disconnected, directionless, or separated from a sense of meaning. Rather than something to perfect, it can be viewed as an invitation toward stillness and returning to what feels true.
In harmony: Presence, stillness and a sense of connection.
Calling for attention: Feeling disconnected, directionless or separated from meaning.
