The Meaning of the Heart Chakra
The Heart Chakra rests at the centre of the chest and is traditionally associated with love, compassion, and connection. Often seen as a bridge between the lower and upper chakras, it speaks to both our relationships with others and the care we extend toward ourselves.
When experienced in harmony, it may be reflected through compassion, connection, and openness. When asking for greater attention, it may present as emotional guardedness, difficulty receiving, or disconnection. It can be viewed as an invitation toward softness and allowing the heart to remain open.
In harmony: Compassion, connection, love and openness.
